On persevering in the business:
- Develop persistence as a habit
- This is what I know, with anything new there is a time of learning and a curve to it. and you can bet I will not quit.
- You gotta dig down deep and figure out how to make this thing work.
- Persistence is developed...

...Meet challenges
...Through faith
Encouraging jewelers:
- The best thing a jeweler can do is make a decision to do it and find someone to hold you accountable (this is the purpose of your upline). When desire meets accountability results are inevitable. My job is to help my downline reach their goal.
- How many selling events do you have? Look outside the box of parties - there isn't just one way or one opportunity. Keep it simple yet diversify to increase your profit and your exposure.
- Senior leaders (2 diamond and above especially) need to be on the phone brainstorming with their downline helping them to figure out the best way reach their goals.
- This is an activity driven business. Activity will come before persistence and confidence.
- If you aren't seeing results; you've got to change something. When your downline isn't following through or they aren't seeing the results they are hoping for, (in love) say, "Has something changed since we last chatted?"
- What are your downline's goals? Map out their goals. Have those conversations in love to help hold them accountable to the goals they set.
The basics of this business:
1. Have momentum in sponsoring
2. Create vision in your people
3. Opportunities for growth
4. Keep doing it
5. Pray and ask God for direction
Tips for getting the jewelry in front of people:
- It's an awesome product; you just need to take your jewelry to where people already are.
- Take your mini tote with top ten sellers and ask for feedback on which are the top four pieces in your tote.
- Referrals - a phrase you can say at your show that can increase referrals, "I can keep you in free jewelry for a lifetime for the referrals you give me."
- Holiday Boutique dates - 1 per month in October, November, and December. Put them on your website, and facebook page. Include them in your holiday catalog labels. Get it out there!
